In April of 2022, Dr. Cole was certified as a Diplomate in orthodontics by the American Orthodontic Society’s (AOS) Board of Examiners. To achieve this certification, he was required to be a member of AOS for at least 5 years, complete a minimum of 500 hours of orthodontic continuing education, pass an in-depth written exam, and defend ten cases to the AOS Board of Examiners.
On a personal note, Dr. Cole and his wife Amy have three grown sons. In his free time, Dr. Cole enjoys home brewing beer, traveling, biking, and spending time at his cabin with family and friends.

Dr. Cole attributes the success of Prairie Run Dental to his highly effective and skilled team and his loyal patients. He values their trust and understands the importance of developing a caring relationship between patient and provider. He strives to educate patients of their dental needs and provides them with the tools to make informed decisions about their oral health.

 


Amy

Administrator

As the administrator, Amy oversees the everyday efficiencies and management of Prairie Run Dental. She is grateful to be working alongside her husband, Dr. Barry L. Cole, even though there are many days she doesn’t even see him when she is working in the office.

She enjoys long walks (no matter what the temperature), yoga, and a nice glass of Peju merlot.

 


Karen

Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Technician

She loves helping patients achieve a great smile, in both dentistry and orthodontics. Her inviting smile and energetic personality is sure to make any patients feel welcome.

In her free time, Karen loves spending time with family, especially with her grandchildren. She enjoys any time at her camper, going for long walks, listening to live music, baking, and traveling.

 


Claire

DANB Certified Dental Assistant

Claire’s experience and warmth add to the quality of care our patients have come to expect. She generously shares her kind-hearted spirit and dental knowledge with her patients.

She enjoys life at home with her sweet and spunky daughter, husband, pup Ledger and another little baby on the way. She enjoys any time spent outside, cooking and baking, and an ice cold bubbly water.

 


Barb

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Barb has had the pleasure to work with Dr. Cole for 20 years now. She is blessed to use her knowledge in dental hygiene and patient education to help bring PRD into the strong, vibrant office it has become. She enjoys learning new and improved techniques and implementing them into her routine. She loves working in this fun, close knit office and making all patient’s smiles beautiful. When not working, Barb loves to work in her flower beds, travel and help her 3 sons with house projects.

 


Lisa

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Lisa has been a hygienist since 2005 and her years have flown by as a hygienist! She adores her patients of all ages and is always pleased to care for each of them! Lisa is always learning and loves that we can do that as a team and with our patients!

In her time away from the office she loves my family, gardening and canning. Some new endeavors they are working on as a family are smelting, raising bees, and making maple syrup.

 


Emily

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Emily wants her patients to feel three things when they come in for a dental visit: First, to be warmly welcomed and comfortable. Second, to feel that their oral health is in good hands. Third, to walk away with their mouth feeling great, and the tools they need to take the best care of their health after the visit. Achieving this goal makes her truly happy!

In her free time she enjoys basically anything, if it means spending time with her husband and the people she loves! A few things she enjoys most are art, reading, and cooking.

 


Kelly

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Kelly has been a Dental Hygienist at Prairie Run Dental for about 18 years. She takes pride in caring for patients and enjoys getting to know every one of them personally. She feels proud knowing she can educate them on their dental needs to empower them in their home care routines.

When Kelly is not at the office, she loves spending time with her husband, two wonderful boys and their pets. She enjoys making firewood, tapping maple trees, gardening, and working on their tree house together. They love camping and warm summer days spent as a family outdoors!


Jenna

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Jenna started her Dental Hygiene career right here at Prairie Run Dental in 2015. She truly enjoys interacting with patients and getting to know the families that entrust her with their care. She loves helping patients reach their healthiest smile and learns so much from her patients in return.

Life away from Prairie Run Dental is always busy and full of so much fun. Jenna and her husband enjoy all their time with their two little girls and two crazy puppies. They take advantage of doing anything outdoors, spending time with family and she loves to bake all different goodies for family and friends!

 


Kristina

Patient Coordinator

Kristina is one of the first smiling faces you will see as you walk in the doors and her calm and positive personality will make you feel right at home. She will also, likely be the happy voice over the phone to help you with all your questions.

She spends her time at home with her husband and sweet little boy. They like to be busy outdoors as a family and she is quite crafty to make any project very detailed and fun.

 


Becky

Orthodontic Technician

Becky has permanently moved her talents to the Orthodontic area of the office, after years of greeting everyone at the front desk. Although you probably miss her smile at the front desk, you are still bound to hear her contagious laugh and feel the warmth of her awesome personality when you come for a visit. She is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and make you feel right at home.

She couldn’t live without God, her time with family, music (she has an incredible singing voice) and her dogs, Pip and Chowder.

 


Hannah

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Hannah loves working with nervous patients both young and old to help ease their fears and change their apprehensive feelings about their dental visits. She truly cares for each of her patients and enjoys developing deeper relationships with them and their families. She feels blessed to work with an amazing team at Prairie Run.

When not at work she enjoys traveling with my husband and two kids, trying new foods, reading, and cleaning and organizing.

 


Shyann

Clinical Assistant

As the clinical assistant at Prairie Run Dental, Shyann is responsible for helping things run smoothly in the clinic. She is always ready to assist the team in anyway she can and closes out each day by making sure everything is clean and prepared for the next day.

When Shyann is not in the office, she is home with her husband, two daughters and goldendoodle, Finley. She loves anything and everything outdoors: biking, snowboarding, hiking, kayaking, and camping! Things she cannot live without : My God and faith, family & friends, coffee & books!

 

 

Daisy

Clincial Assistant 

Daisy is a fresh face to our team and has been such a great addition.  She is certain to make patient’s feel comfortable with whatever procedure that is needed with her calm energy.  Daisy works alongside Dr. Cole to make sure all appointments run smoothly.

In her free time. Daisy enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also really enjoys walking her dog, Chente.

 

 

Olivia

Dental Assistant 

Olivia is another fresh face to our dental assisting team.  She has a desire to keep learning more about dentisrty through her education. Olivia works right along with Dr. Cole to help all appointments be the best experience for patients.

She really enjoys any time with family and friends, especially her dogs Remi and Regan. Olivia enjoys any time outdoors, from camping to paddleoarding, she loves a chance to get outside.

 

 

Hannah

Treatment Plan Coordinator

Hannah will be a friendly face to greet patient’s as they enter the office.  She has such upbeat and positive energy that is quite infectious.  Hannah can help guide patients through their treatment needs from simple appointments, to more complex care.

She really enjoys her family time.  When at home, she loves a good book and any time outside for some fun, especially kayaking.
